1. The combined air-conditioning unit should be placed on a large mud boss with a height of 50-100 mm. A space of one meter must be left on the side away from the wall. The boss plane must be flat and level. Various functional sections should be connected with bolts, and sections should be sealed with foamed polyethylene to prevent air leakage.
2. The unit is generally transported in sections. Units larger than ZK60A are transported in parts and assembled on site. The unit itself is equipped with 100mm high foot channel steel.
3. Before installing the combined air-conditioning unit, you should take out the product manual and packing list for verification, and check the integrity of each component. Clean each component, apply grease, and check the flexibility of rotating parts such as dampers and fans.
4. Drainage ditches should be reserved around the surface cooling section for the discharge of condensed water. A water seal bend should be installed at the condensed water outlet with a water seal height of 80-100mm.
5. During installation, apply sealant (or other filler) to the joints of the frame to prevent air leakage.
6. The inlet and outlet pipes must be equipped with valves outside the unit to adjust the flow and cut off the cold (hot) water source during maintenance.
7. When the unit uses a humidification section, the water inlet pipe of the humidification section should be equipped with a valve, and the inlet water pressure is required to be basically constant.
8. The weight of air ducts and water pipes connected to the unit must not be borne by the unit.
9. Before installing each insulation wall panel, check whether the rotation direction of the fan impeller is correct.
10. After the unit is fully installed, a test run should be carried out. It should not be started with the air valve fully open to avoid excessive starting current and burning the motor. If there is no abnormality after 8 hours of operation, it is considered qualified.
11. The unit should be well grounded.
