Through simulation calculations and actual testing, the shape and size of the air ducts are optimized to ensure that the air volume is reasonably distributed among each chamber.

  • Use anti-static filter bags: Inside the explosion-proof dust collector, due to the friction between high-concentration dust during the flow process, the dust and the filter cloth also rub against each other, which easily generates static electricity. The use of anti-static filter bags can effectively reduce the accumulation of static electricity and prevent sparks from causing combustion.
