With the comprehensive implementation of energy conservation and consumption reduction work in various industries and the strict implementation of environmental protection emission standards, thermal power plants have begun to continuously try the mixing and blending of various coal types in order to continuously improve the combustion efficiency of their units and the impact of rising coal prices. Coal types with high dust content and high volatile content such as bituminous coal, lignite, lean coal and even slime have begun to enter the coal transportation system, which has caused a sharp increase in the amount of dust during the operation of the coal transportation system, and the system's working environment has seriously deteriorated.


Jiangsu Energy Ulagai 2×1000MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation unit project is located in Ulagai Management Area, Xilingol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Multiple Jiangping sintered plate dust collectors of different specifications and models were selected for the project.

The customer adopts comprehensive management measures to prevent and control dust in the coal transportation system, focusing on prevention and combining prevention and control. Starting from all aspects of coal unloading, transfer, storage, crushing and transportation, supporting measures will be taken in three aspects: dust suppression, mechanical dust removal and manual cleaning:


Local dust-raising points such as the transfer station, coal crusher room, raw coal bunker and raw coal bunker blanking port adopt a comprehensive dust control method that combines micro-mist dust suppression and mechanical dust removal.


The belt blanking points, blanking pipe connections, guide troughs and their outlets, as well as the blanking points between coal bunkers and other dust-generating parts should be sealed and dust-proof. The blanking pipes should be equipped with buffer air locks to control the escape of coal dust and reduce the amount of mechanical dust removal and air suction;


Hydraulic flushing devices are installed on trestles, transfer stations, coal crusher rooms, etc., and dust collection and coal spreading on floors, walls, etc. are manually cleaned in a timely manner to maintain the working environment.


The dust removal equipment in the raw coal hoppers between coal bunkers, transfer stations, coal crusher rooms, etc. in the coal transportation system adopts sintered plate dust collectors, with dust removal efficiency ≥99.9%, and dust concentration in the air discharged from the dust collector ≤20mg/m³.
