Troubleshooting methods: ① Clean the filter bag and increase ventilation; ② Maintain or replace the pulse valve; ③ Check the air path and air compressor; ④ Check the dust cleaning controller.

2. Small operating resistance

4. Cleaning and replacing filter bags

During the use of the filter bag, the filter cloth may become hardened due to the high viscosity of the dust, which will increase the resistance of the dust collector and affect the dust removal effect. After the above situation occurs, the filter bag needs to be removed from the dust collector and rinsed with clean water on the surface of the filter cloth. After rinsing is completed, it can be used again after drying.

The cleaning cycle of the filter bag is determined by the user based on the dust properties of the unit and the frequency of use of the dust collector. Under normal circumstances, filter bags will gradually become damaged after one year of use. The main reason is the deterioration of the filter material caused by dust abrasion, high temperature, and high humidity. The dust collector cannot work with damaged filter bags, otherwise the dust removal effect will be affected. The filter bag should be replaced with a new one in time.
