Material characteristics and basic principles of sintered plate filter element

The external shape of the sintered plate is characterized by a wavy shape like an accordion box. The sintered filter material is made of a variety of polymer powders and is white in color. During the manufacturing process, the filter plates are not bonded by adhesives, but are produced by one-time molding and sintering of these various polymer compounds.

Currently, there are three types of temperature resistance, namely 70℃, 110℃ and 160℃. In addition, there are a wide variety of anti-static sintered plates, acid and alkali resistant sintered plates and other products.

The basic working principle of the sintered plate dust collector :

The dust enters the dust collector through the dust cover, flow regulating valve and dust removal pipe, and is filtered through the sintered plate for gas-solid separation. The purified air enters the fan inlet from the upper box and is discharged. The dust attached to the surface of the sintered plate is blown back by the compressed air through the pulse valve. The dust removal control can work according to time, pressure difference or mixing mode, and the dust enters the ash hopper under the dust collector body. The bottom of the ash hopper of a single dust collector is equipped with a screw conveyor, an ash discharge valve and an ash discharge port. The dust is discharged from the ash discharge port through the ash discharge valve of the screw conveyor.
