Preparations before starting the sintered plate dust collector

Preparation work before dust collector operation

(1) Remove obstacles to equipment operation and operational inspections; improve relevant safety, lighting, and signaling facilities. Whether fire-fighting and fire-extinguishing equipment are complete; grounding devices, compressed air safety devices and other safety facilities must be safe and reliable.

(2) Conduct a comprehensive inspection inside the dust collector. There should be no debris stuck between the sintered plates of the dust collector.

(3) Whether all screws are loose, broken or fallen off.

(4) The ash unloading mechanism and ash conveying mechanism (ash conveying system) must operate normally. Whether the lubrication of each component and the deceleration device are normal, and whether the oil quality and quantity meet the specified requirements.

(5) After inspecting the dust collector body, close and lock all manhole doors.

(6) The compressed air system is working normally, the switches of the dust cleaning system are in correct positions, the pressure gauge and differential pressure gauge display are normal, and check whether the various testing instruments on site are intact.

(7) Check the sealing of the air path of the dust cleaning system to ensure there is no leakage, and check whether the solenoid valve and pulse valve are sensitive to opening.
