Sintered plate dust collectors are widely used in cement, metallurgy, chemical industry, medicine, electronics, food processing and other industries. They have high efficiency, small size, convenient maintenance and long service life. Let’s take a look at the correct parking sequence for equipment operation.
(1) Driving sequence. After receiving the permission to drive, notify the electrician to arrive at the scene, drive in the following order, and notify the relevant positions. Open the ash unloading valve and start the conveyor. Open the compressed air pipeline, open the injection system, and control the ash cleaning program to control the main exhaust fan (first close the damper, start the fan, and then gradually open the damper).
(2) Parking sequence. Turn off the main exhaust fan - 15 minutes and then turn off the ash cleaning program controller - turn off the compressed air - ash discharge valve and close the conveyor.
(3) Failure shutdown. ① If necessary, a temporary shutdown should be performed due to a fault, and a shutdown instruction should be issued promptly to the equipment in front of the fault point. ② If the fault shutdown time is long (more than 20 minutes), an emergency shutdown command should be issued to the equipment behind the fault point. ③ In the event of a sudden power outage, staff should cut off the power supply to all electrical appliances and motors of the equipment in their position.
