The lubricating oil system provides lubrication and cooling conditions for the moving parts of the air conditioning unit. Rooftop air conditioning units require lubricating oil to control energy conditioning devices or extraction air recovery devices. Therefore, whether the oil temperature, oil pressure difference and oil level height are suitable will have an important impact on the air conditioning unit.
1. Oil level height. It refers to the level of lubricating oil in the oil storage container. The oil storage container of the rooftop air-conditioning unit is equipped with an oil level display device. It is generally stipulated that the oil level position in the oil storage container should be 5mm above and below the middle horizontal line of the sight glass. The purpose of specifying the oil level position is to ensure that the amount of oil required to form oil circulation is sufficient when the oil pump is working.
2. Oil temperature. It refers to the temperature of the lubricating oil when the air conditioner is working. The level of oil temperature will have an important impact on the viscosity of lubricating oil.
3. Oil pressure difference. It is the guarantee for the lubricating oil to overcome the flow resistance required to flow to various working parts in the oil system pipelines driven by the oil pump.
