Qufu - the hometown of Confucius
Qufu, Shandong Province, is the hometown of Confucius, one of the greatest thinkers in Chinese history, and the birthplace of Confucian culture. In Qufu Confucius Temple, thousand-year-old cypresses stand solemnly, and the high vermilion walls tell the vicissitudes of the years. Walking under the 'Jinsheng Yuzhen' square and passing through the gates carrying the glory of history, it feels like traveling through time and space, opening up a dialogue that spans ancient and modern times.
