● The advanced submerged flow layout and the inclined structure of filter cartridge are adopted, so the dust collector has a good effect of synchronous dust removal in the working process.
● The dust baffle is arranged at the dust gas inlet, which has the functions of buffering and wear resistance, and prevents dust from directly impacting the filter cartridge at high speed, thus prolonging the service life of the filter cartridge.
● The 15-degree inclined pumping installation of the filter cartridge can make the removal and replacement of the filter cartridge more convenient and minimize its maintenance work. For ordinary dust and filter cartridges, it can be used for a long time without replacement, which saves the tedious work of changing filter bags frequently in common bag dust collectors and saves a lot of maintenance costs.
● Modular combination, the size can be arbitrarily selected, the original combination can be expanded, and the dust removal unit is added, so it is not necessary to make too many changes to the original equipment.
● The differential pressure gauge is used to display the resistance value of the filter cartridge in real time, which accurately reflects the dust accumulation of the filter cartridge and can be used as an important basis for replacing the filter.
Pulse back-blowing type is equipped with back-blowing guide nozzle, which can improve back-blowing by more than 20%.
● For special industries, the filter cartridge is coated with PTFE, and the filtration efficiency reaches 99.9%.
● Pulse cleaning technology is adopted to prolong the service life of filter cartridge and reduce the maintenance frequency;
● Compared with the same volume dust collector, the filter area is larger, the filter wind speed is lower and the resistance is smaller;
● The dust collector has compact structure, small volume, convenient installation and small maintenance workload.
