The multi-tube impact dust collector piping system includes: air inlet pipe, air outlet pipe, water inlet pipe, and sewage pipe.
(a) The weight of all external pipes (air inlet and outlet ducts, sewage pipes) must not be borne by the equipment. Installation brackets must be used to prevent deformation of the connecting flange of the equipment and air or water leakage.
(b) A protective net of about 30*30 meters must be installed at the entrance of the inlet and outlet air duct to prevent animals, plastic bottles, wood blocks and other large foreign objects from entering the fan and box.
(c) The inlet and outlet air ducts connected to the outdoors must have measures to prevent rainwater from entering the fan. Otherwise, it may cause ice to form and damage the fan when it rotates.
(d) When connecting external air ducts or water pipes to the machine, soft joints must be used to prevent pipe leakage due to vibration of the machine.
(e) After installation is completed, check whether there are tools, materials, etc. left in the equipment and lock the access door.
(f) The external air outlet pipe and sewage pipe should have a downward slope or bend of about 5% as much as possible to prevent water from entering the equipment.
(g) Please do not connect the external water inlet pipe to the equipment before blowing it to prevent welding slag from clogging the solenoid valve and preventing the water from being shut off.
(h) The DN50 water inlet pipe should be wire-connected as much as possible without welding to reduce welding slag in the pipe.
(i) Before connecting the pipeline to the solenoid valve, ensure that the filter in front of the solenoid valve is working properly. The filter cannot be smaller than 60 mesh.
(j) Installation of the nozzle: Use M6*35 hexagonal bolts to connect the nozzle flange and the nozzle flange, and place 3*20 adhesive foam rubber in the middle.
