1. When the dust collector is working, the air volume passing through the unit should be kept around the rated air volume, and the fluctuation of the air volume should be minimized.

2. Always pay attention to the tightness of each inspection door.

3. According to the operating experience of the unit, regularly flush the dust accumulated inside the unit and on the electrode rod of the liquid level gauge in the automatic control device.

4. When introducing dust-containing gas, it is not allowed to operate under the condition of insufficient water level, and it is not allowed to operate without water.

5. The motor and fan bearings should be reoiled every 1,000 hours of operation.

6. Always keep the automatic control device clean to prevent dust from entering the operation box. When the automatic control system is found to be malfunctioning, it should be repaired in time.

7. The unit discharges sewage once every two hours of continuous operation.

8. When the water level is too high or too low, the cause should be found out in time and the fault should be eliminated.
