Introduction to each functional section of combined air conditioning unit

New return air mixing section

1. The position of the new return air outlet can be set at the end, top or left and right sides according to the design requirements. If it is inconsistent with this sample, the specific opening position must be provided. The new return air outlet can be equipped with a regulating valve, and the actuator has three types: manual, electric and pneumatic, which can be selected by the user.

2. The filtration section has two types: primary and medium-efficiency filtration. It is equipped with diamond bag type, four-peak bag type, and can also be equipped with automatic winding type. The filter material is made of high-quality polyester wheel non-woven fabric, and adopts a quick assembly and disassembly mechanism of the filter, a gland display and an alarm device.

New exhaust section

(Also known as the flat-top air distribution mixing section) This section of the box is equipped with a primary return air valve. There is a row of air outlets and a fresh air outlet on the top of the box before and after the valve, and is equipped with a regulating valve. Its function is: when there is a return air fan, the air conditioner discharges part of the return air so that the fresh air and primary return air are mixed in the required proportion; when the DC system is used in the transition season, the primary return air valve should be closed and the exhaust valve and fresh air valve should be fully opened.

Energy recovery section

It is used for cross-air mixing and exhaust energy recovery in dual-fan systems. This section of the box is equipped with a primary return air valve and an energy recovery device on the top. It uses the cold (heat) of the exhaust air to indirectly cool (heat) the fresh air. The fresh air passes through the plate energy recovery device and can recover about 60% of the sensible heat energy of the exhaust air. At the same time, there is no direct contact between exhaust air and fresh air, which is especially suitable for energy recovery of DC air conditioning systems that eliminate harmful indoor gases. When used as a DC system, the primary return air valve should be closed. A separate exhaust system should be installed in places with highly toxic gases. This section should not be used.

Middle section (maintenance section)

This section is used for the connection of the transition section and the internal maintenance lighting of the unit. Before the filtration section, there must be an intermediate section before and after the surface cooling section, heating section and muffler section.

Secondary return air section

The middle section used to connect the secondary return air pipe. The top can be equipped with an adjustment valve and equipped with a manual, electric or pneumatic adjustment mechanism. The user can select this section. This section can also be combined with the blower section.

Surface cooling section

The surface cooler adopts the structure of four, six or eight rows of copper tubes strung with aluminum foil. The aluminum foil is in the form of double flanged corrugated edges. The large elbow heat exchanger reduces 60% of welding elbows, which improves the heat exchange power. The advanced mechanical expansion tube form ensures the contact performance of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is divided into fixed and rotary types. Users can choose either one according to their needs. The heating medium is steam or hot water.
