Complete machine test of pulse dust collector

1. Local operation

After the compressed air supply is normal, turn on the power switch QF and the power indicator light is on. Switch the local remote switch to the local position. Turn the switch to the left and press the fan start button. The fan will run. Observe whether the fan direction is correct. If the direction is correct, it can be put into operation. Normal dust removal work. If you need to clean and remove ash after a period of time, press the dust cleaning start button, and the pulse valve will open the dust cleaning respectively. The screw machine and ash discharge valve will also work at the same time. If you need to end the dust cleaning work, press the dust cleaning stop button. If you want to terminate the dust removal work, just press the fan to stop.

2. Remote control

After the compressed air supply is normal, switch the local remote switch to the program-controlled position, that is, turn the switch to the right. If the short dry contact HJ of the remote start unit is delivered, the fan is running. If the fan direction is correct, normal dust removal can be put into operation. The timed and constant pressure dust cleaning function is put into operation to achieve timing dust cleaning control, that is, every time the dust is removed for a period of time (the time can be adjusted according to the actual situation on site), the dust cleaning control is automatically put in. After being put in, the ash discharge valve (screw machine) automatically works. After working for a period of time (the time is adjustable) Automatically stop dust cleaning, continue dust cleaning for a period of time, and then automatically start dust cleaning. This cycle continues until the short dry contact HT of the remote stop unit is delivered and the unit stops. If the dust on the bag thickens and the pressure difference increases after being put into normal dust removal, the CYM alarm contact of the pressure difference switch is closed, and the dust cleaning system works at the same time. After the first dust cleaning process, check again whether the pressure difference switch contact is disconnected. If it is not disconnected, continue the dust cleaning process until the pressure is reduced. The dust cleaning system will not stop until the poor signal is disconnected (the time most often does not exceed 5 minutes/time and the interval between each cleaning program is not less than 15 minutes). If the short dry contact HT of the remote stop unit is delivered, the dust collector will stop running. After the fan stops (the fan stops stably for 30 seconds), the dust cleaning program will be executed.
