1) Fine fog: the high-pressure spray nozzle can generate 5 billion droplets per second, and the diameter of the droplets is only 1 ~ 10μ m, which has excellent effect of humidifying, cooling and dust suppression. The smaller the fog particles are, the larger the surface area of the fog particles is, and the better the humidification and dust suppression effect can be achieved. The average diameter of fog spots produced by high-pressure micro-fog system is about 3-5 microns (0.005mm). Because of its small size (1/10 of the diameter of ordinary people's hair) and light weight, it can spread and float evenly like natural fog, and there is no chance for any dust particles to escape when surrounded by countless droplets, thus giving full play to the dust suppression effect.
2) Energy saving: Atomizing 1kg of water only consumes 6W power, which is one tenth of that of air-water dry fog dust suppression device, and the dust suppression efficiency is as high as 95%.
3) Reliability: The main engine of the high-pressure micro-mist humidification system adopts imported industrial plunger pump, which can run continuously for 24 hours. The nozzle and water mist distributor have no power wearing parts and will not be damaged in high dust environment.
4) Safe and automatic pressure relief: When the sprayer stops working, the machine automatically releases the pressure of the high-pressure nozzle to prevent the nozzle from dripping.
5) Large spray quantity: it can be adjusted according to the use requirements. The output flow of the pumping station in the high-pressure micro-fog system is 100kg/h to 2500kg/h, which can be adjusted manually, and the spray head can be configured at will within the flow range. The frequency converter can adjust the rotating speed of the water pump according to the pressure signal, and accurately adjust the pressure and flow of the nozzle at constant pressure.
6) Automatic water shortage and power failure system: prevent the pump from idling when there is no water, and improve the pump life.
7) Hygiene: The water in the high-pressure mist system is sealed and not recycled, which will not lead to the proliferation of bacteria.
8) Widely used: in addition to dust suppression and humidification, it is also widely used in artificial landscaping, dust suppression, odor removal, greenhouse, seedling raising, livestock breeding, pesticide spraying, industrial equipment cooling and many other industrial fields.
