Before the pulse dust collector unit is put in place, it is necessary to first check the installation drawings to determine the direction of the unit's placement, and check whether there are any inconveniences in installation and maintenance (pay special attention to the access door, electric control box door, etc.), or other equipment and pipelines intersect, so that the installation plan can be modified in a timely manner.
1. Installation of fan
The fan and motor are shipped as a complete unit, so pay attention to the balance of the complete unit when hoisting. There are hooks on the fan and motor, which must be hooked at the same time.
After the whole machine is in place, the verticality of the unit should be corrected, and the slope should not exceed 2%.
The electric control cabinet is installed according to the designated position and as close as possible to the main body.
2. Installation sequence of pulse bag dust removal unit
(2) Dust collector foundation (constructed by the civil engineering department according to the design drawings)
(3) Bottom steel structure
Weld the support legs of the lower box of the dust collector to the embedded parts of the foundation. Pay attention to the level of the box. Generally, the upper box and lower box are shipped separately. During installation, first put the lower box in place, and the flange connected to the upper box should be padded with 3mm thick rubber (you can use 801 glue to stick the rubber to the edge of the flange, and dig out the original flange holes in the rubber), then connect the upper box to the lower box, and tighten the connecting bolts to prevent air leakage.
(3) When installing escalators and fences, reliable welding is required to ensure safety.
(4) Paint
Remove welding slag and spatter from the welding area, apply red powder, and then repair it with paint of the specified color.
(5) Installation of bag cages and filter bags
First unscrew the nozzle in the upper box and insert the spring closing of the filter bag into the pattern hole. Then insert the bag cage into the filter bag, and finally reconnect the nozzle.
(6) The installation of the pulse bag dust collector unit must comply with the 'Technical Requirements and Acceptance Specifications for Bag Dust Collector Installation' (JB/T8471-96)
3. Installation of air compressor
Install the air compressor body on the designed foundation. According to the design requirements, use pipes to connect the air compressor outlet and the air bag air inlet on the pulse dust collector (if there is a gas-water separation device and filter, connect it between the air supply port of the air compressor and the air bag of the dust collector, pay attention to the direction). Note that the air compressor interface requires a soft joint to achieve a shock-absorbing effect.
