Overflow screw chiller is also called water cooled screw chiller or water cooled screw compressor chiller.
 
● Using flooded special screw compressor and flooded evaporation heat transfer technology, the energy efficiency ratio of the unit is as high as 5.7;
● Adopting new low-fin heat transfer strong overflow heat exchange tubes and optimized designed refrigerant distributor, the heat transfer system is 3 times that of the dry evaporator, effectively improving the unit’s refrigeration capacity and energy efficiency ratio.

Product features of overflow screw chiller

● It adopts overflow type screw compressor and new-style efficient heat transfer technology, energy efficiency ratio can reaches up to 5.7;

● It adopts new-style low wing heat transfer strong overflow heat exchange tube and optimally designed refrigerant distributor. It is three times of the heat transfer system dry evaporator, which has improved the unit refrigerating capacity and energy efficiency ratio;

● The unit adopts seventh security protection, and has real-time detection control to high-low pressure, exhaust gas temperature and temperature, which can ensure the safe operation of the unit;

● According to the water temperature changes of air conditioning, the unit can adopt fuzzy control principleto steplessly adjust compressor capacity, then to match the actual air-conditioning load. The part of the load performance coefficient is higher.
