Rapping Cleaning

Weight range: 300-350 g/m²

Air permeability range: 400-600 L/dm²·min @ 200 Pa

Mechanical vibration removes dust; suitable for loose dust conditions.

Shaking & Reverse-Air Cleaning

Weight range:350-450 g/m²
Air permeability range:250-400 L/dm²·min @ 200 Pa

Low-frequency shaking combined with reverse airflow; moderate bag weight required.

Low-Pressure Cleaning

Weight range: 400-500 g/m²
Air permeability range: 150-350 L/dm²·min @ 200 Pa

Low-pressure pulse cleaning; thicker filter media needed to maintain integrity.

Pulse-Jet Cleaning

Weight range: 500-650 g/m²
Air permeability range: 20-200 L/dm²·min @ 200 Pa

High-pressure instantaneous blow-off; the heaviest and densest bag offers the best abrasion resistance.

Polyester (PET) | Code: PET

Temperature: Continuous 130℃ | Surge 150℃

Typical industries: Mining, limestone, raw cement milling, steel sintering, alumina conveying, pharmaceuticals, wood processing.

Key properties: Good oxidation resistance; moderate acid/alkali resistance; hydrolysis may affect life at higher temperatures.
Homopolyacrylonitrile (Acrylic) | Code: Acrylic

Temperature: Continuous 125℃ | Surge 140℃

Typical industries: Detergent drying, spray dryers, coal mills, power plant desulphurisation flue gas.

Key properties: Excellent hydrolysis resistance-ideal for moist flue gases.
Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) | Code: PPS

Temperature: Continuous 160℃ | Surge 190℃

Typical industries: Coal-fired boilers, waste incineration, metal smelting, chemicals (low-oxidising atmospheres).

Key properties: Moderate oxidation resistance, but outstanding acid/alkali and hydrolysis resistance.

Meta-Aramid (Aramid) | Code: Aramid

Temperature: Continuous 204℃ | Surge 250℃

Typical industries: Asphalt mixing plants, non-ferrous smelting, ceramics/glass kiln fronts, blast furnace gas in steel plants.

Key properties: Good high-temperature performance, but hydrolysis may affect life under high heat and moisture.
Polyimide / Polytetrafluoroethylene (P84 / PTFE) – High-Temperature Corrosion-Resistant Combo

Temperature: Continuous 240°C | Surge 260°C (both)

Typical industries: Chemicals, metal smelting, waste incineration, cement kiln outlets, coal-fired boilers (highly corrosive flue gases).

Key properties: P84 resists thermal shock and offers high filtration precision. PTFE resists all chemical corrosion. Both share the same temperature range and suit aggressive environments.
Fibreglass (GL) | Code: GL

Temperature: Continuous 200℃ | Surge 280℃

Typical industries: Cement kiln outlets, blast furnaces, industrial boilers.

Key properties: Excellent oxidation resistance, but mechanical stress resistance is moderate-care needed during installation and cleaning.
