● High heat exchange efficiency - the coil adopts a seamless copper tube string aluminum fin structure, the aluminum fins adopt louvered skylight slit fins, the copper tube is ￠15.88, and hydrophilic aluminum foil is used. The hydraulic or mechanical expansion of the tube ensures that the aluminum sheet and copper tube are tightly combined, and the heat exchange efficiency is increased by 10%. The test pressure of the unit is 1.6Mpa to ensure no leakage.
● Ultra-low noise - the core component of the coil adopts a hot-dip galvanized multi-blade centrifugal fan that conforms to aerodynamic principles. After strict dynamic and static balance testing, the unit operates smoothly.
a. The centrifugal fan should be equipped with a spring vibration isolation device designed to meet the following requirements:

b. The maximum deformation of the spring should be less than 85mm.
c. The spring damping device should be equipped with silencer pads and leveling bolts. And should be independent and stable.
d. The fan and motor assembly should be positioned on a common base, equipped with a shock absorber provided by the manufacturing factory, and the air outlet should have a flexible soft joint connected to the box.
