1. Before starting the machine, check whether there are foreign objects inside the machine and whether the access door is closed tightly. Then open the return air valve and fresh air valve.
2. Turn on the fan and check whether there is any friction or abnormal sound between the impeller and the casing. After the fan operates normally, if the operating current exceeds the rated value, the total air volume regulating valve should be gradually closed until the current drops to the rated value.
3. Only after the fan operates normally can the valve of the hot water or steam pipeline entering the unit be opened.
4. Gradually adjust the new return air valve to make the ratio meet the requirements.
5. Adjust the water inlet and return valves so that the flow rate reaches the design value or the air supply temperature meets the requirements.
6. The hot and cold medium is clean softened water.
7. When the ventilator stops or there is a power outage, the supply of hot and cold media should be stopped immediately.
8. It is strictly prohibited to start the return air fan with the return air valve and fresh air valve closed.
9. When the pressure difference between the front and rear of the primary and medium efficiency filter reaches twice the initial resistance, the filter material should be replaced or cleaned in time.
10. After the surface cooler and heater have been in operation for 2 to 3 years, chemical descaling agents should be used to clean the inner walls of the water pipes to ensure the heat exchange effect. After descaling, a hydraulic pressure test (test pressure 16kg/cm2) should be carried out to ensure no leakage. When not in use in winter, the water in the heat exchanger should be drained promptly to prevent freezing damage.
11. The surface of the silencer section should be cleaned with compressed air every year.
12. Electric heating should be interlocked with the fan, that is, turn on the fan first, then the heater, and the shutdown sequence is reversed.
13. Check the inside of the air conditioner frequently. If rust is found, remove the rust and paint during equipment overhaul.
